gnu: yelp-tools: Switch to python-lxml-for-texlive. 
This allows to decouple the pyproject-build-system for
texlive-bin and consequentially the whole world.

* gnu/packages/gnome.scm (yelp-tools)[native-inputs]: Replace
python-lxml by python-lxml-for-texlive.
