services: kmsconf: Load GNU Freefont. 
This provides glyphs for additional fonts such as Amharic that were
otherwise missing.

* gnu/services/base.scm (kmscon-service-type): In 'start' method,
pass #:environment-variables to set 'XDG_DATA_DIRS'.
