The snippets are already present in the other versions of these crates, but were forgotten for these versions. This could have been catched earlier by looking at the build output of dependents in the check-for-pregenerated-files phase. * gnu/packages/rust-crates.scm (rust-windows-aarch64-msvc-0.48.0) (rust-windows-i686-gnu-0.48.0, rust-windows-i686-msvc-0.48.0) (rust-windows-x86-64-gnu-0.48.0, rust-windows-x86-64-msvc-0.48.0): Add snippet to remove bundled libraries.
