Ludovic Courtès dfdb15d9c2 build: Fix detection of ARM systems.

This fixes a regression introduced in 968ae903.

* m4/guix.m4 (GUIX_SYSTEM_TYPE): Add extra square braquets around
armv[7-9] pattern.
