gnu: python-ipydatawidgets: Switch to pyproject.
* gnu/packages/jupyter.scm (python-ipydatawidgets):
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]: Improve style.
<#:phases>: Migrate 'check phase replacement to <#:test-flags>.
Use 'build and 'install phases from the python-build-system, as it
currently fails for the pyproject-build-system.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools.
