* gnu/packages/autotools.scm (libtool): Update to 2.5.4.
[source]: Delete patches.
[#:phases] {skip-some-tests-on-extra-archs}: New phases.
* gnu/packages/patches/libtool-grep-compat.patch: Delete file.
* gnu/packages/patches/libtool-skip-tests2.patch: Likewise.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Adjust accordingly.
