gnu: emacs-gnus-desktop-notify-superceded-version: Dummy package.

The older version was extracted from MELPA tarballs.  However, MELPA version
is both incompatible with Guix version standard and "newer" than the Guix one.

To solve this we employed a neat trick: setting MELPA version as superceded by Guix
one.

* gnu/packages/emacs-xyz.scm (emacs-gnus-desktop-notify-superceded-version): New variable.
