Subject: [PATCH] gnu: aqbanking: Update to 6.8.2 and change source to git.

* gnu/packages/gnucash.scm: (aqbanking): Update to 6.8.2.
[source]: Change to git-fetch.
[arguments]: Change to gexp.
[phases]: New phases make-cvs, build-types.
[native-inputs]: Sort and add autoconf, automake, libtool.
