gnu: python-scripttest: Update to 2.0.

* gnu/packages/check.scm (python-scripttest): Update to 2.0.
[source]: Switch to git-fetch.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]: Remove them, enable tests.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools, python-wheel.
[description]: Improve style.
