gnu: python-mpd2: Switch to pyproject.

[source]: Switch to git-fetch.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]<#:test-flags>: Set them.
<#:phases>: Replace 'check phase.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools, python-wheel. Remove
python-pytest.
