Subject: [PATCH] gnu: nuklear: Switch to pyproject.

* gnu/packages/toolkits.scm (nuklear):
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments, description]: Improve style.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools.
