* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-pbkdf2):
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]: Replace <#:phases> with <#:test-backend, #:test-flags>.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools.
[description]: Improve style.
