gnu: libticables2: Replace gettext native-input.

Browse source 
gnu-gettext has an emacs-minimal dependency, and we'd better avoid
this dependency.

* gnu/packages/gnome.scm (libticables2)[native-inputs]: Replace
gnu-gettext by gettext-minimal.
