Subject: [PATCH] gnu: xpra: Switch to pyproject.

* gnu/packages/xorg.scm (xpra):
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]<#:configure-flags>: Migrate them.
<#:modules>: Drop them.
<#:phases>: Drop phase 'build.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools.
