[inputs]: Remove libgnomeui, libglade, gnome-vfs, and libgnomecanvas.
[native-inputs]: Remove intltool and pkg-config; add glib, desktop-file-utils,
and gettext-minimal.
[arguments] <#:glib-or-gtk?>: Set to #t.
<:configure-flags>: Remove --disable-python. Fix RUNPATH.
