Subject: [PATCH] gnu: python-pyreadstat: Switch to pyproject.

* gnu/packages/statistics.scm (python-pyreadstat):
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]<#:phases>: Improve style, migrate to gexps.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools.
